Trainings

First, I’m available to give presentations (to your company, to your DEI team, to your ERG, whatever) that speak to the issues you’re facing.

Let me establish a baseline of common understanding within your organization that makes it easier for everyone to relate to each other.

Training cost depends on audience, topic, length etc, but if you retain me for five sessions per month I’ll include a free training.

Retainer-Based Sessions

Second, I offer a retainer-based coaching service where you can buy X hours from me per month and offer sessions with me as a benefit to your staff. I’m available to coach struggling ND employees, but also to offer advice to managers or help work through conflicts and misunderstandings.

Sessions are straight-up billed at $200/session and reset every month with no roll-over of unused sessions.
